Initial Scouting
In addition to researching properties online, we collaborate closely with trusted contacts on the ground in the region to uncover off-market deals, private sellers, and renters. This
approach allows us to find exclusive opportunities that aren’t publicly listed, giving you access to a wider range of options beyond what’s available online. We present options to
you in real time to ensure a speedy process.
In Person Viewings
If you want us to do so, we personally visit the properties you are interested in to take detailed photos and videos, ensuring you get an honest and accurate view of what the property truly looks like—not what it looks like online. This way, you can make informed decisions based on a real, firsthand perspective. This also allows me to scope the property and speak to the agent/owner about the property in detail.
Reporting
In the final stage, I provide a report detailing the condition of the property, highlighting all the essential facts—both the positives and any potential drawbacks. I also include valuable insights about the location, such as what the town or city is like and key information you should know before moving there, helping you make a well-informed decision.
